Here's the Yang 24-step tao list:

1. Part the wild horses mane
2. White crane shows its wing
3. Brush knee push
4. Repulse the monkey
5. Hand plays guitar.
6. Grasp the sparrows tail
7. Single whip
8. Cloud hands (both directions)
9. High pat on horses head
10. Heel kick
11. Snake creeps down
12. Fair maiden weaves the shuttle
13. Needle in sea bottom
14. Flash palms
15. Reverse-block punch

Unfortunately, I'm getting rusty on the tao. I must ashamedly admit that I've been mostly practicing the form. Is the "needle in sea bottom" under a different name on this list?

Sorry, forgot to include needle in sea bottom. I just added it to the list.

Number 14 listed as "push palms" is better known as flashing the palms or fan through back just FYI. I would think of push palms as An (push) from the grasp sparrow's tail sequence.
