Chen Taiji Statics

Per Jason's request. Some of it I can do better but it's more time than it's worth. My computer tends to crash when I start recording and converting videos.

Ha, I just watched this and realized I forgot one thing. After the kicks on each side I should repeat the sequence where I "C the back" and then strike with both elbows at the same time. The more important part is to just repeat all these moves a lot, but for the sake of this routine's order, just add that in there.
