Here's a video of a guy who has taught the Navy Seals fighting art strategies, he's a bit of a hardass. Very practical stuff, we'll work some of these drills on saturday. Its funny, he's quite a character and he's a student on Dan Inosanto, Bruce Lee's good friend. Great guy, would love to have him give a seminar here in cville eventually:
