Here's a vid of Tommy Carruthers, A Scottish teacher of Jeet Kune Do, which was originally developed by Bruce Lee. His speed and power is second to none (don't pay attention to some of the negative comments under the vid's, this guy is for real). He's also 48 years old and recently did the motion capture for a Nokia Ngage videogame called One. Pretty impressive.
